All else equal, the Zotac will be minimally faster.
However, I'd personally go with the Asus and sacrifice speed for greater reliability and peace of mind.
Asus is generally extremely reliable, ZOTAC is good, but not great. They make budget hardware, so you you have to imagine they cut corners somewhere along the way on most of their products.
