Can you buy any VGA card with any mobo.
I have an Acer FMCP7AM mobo, with GeForce G100, but i would like to buy an EVGA GTS450.
Do I need to look to something special or not ?|||there are issues -- the card has to fit in the same slot as the mobo provides [PCIe x1, x4, x16, or AGP]. you also have to have sufficient power and enough cooling, plus the physical space for the proposed card to fit.
get the specs on your Acer and proceed from there.
