GTS450 or HD6790. Which is faster for dx11, and which one should i get?

iam planning to get a new gpu for dx11 gaming. But, i have a confusion between gts450 and hd6790. Which card would be good for dx11? I have 1600x900 screen resolution. Will the dx11 games run on this resolution optimally?|||hd6790. It absolutely demolishes the GTS450 in terms of performance. Check the links below

Crysis2- 1600x900 with all settings to high( not ultra high) getting 23-31FPS IN THE GAME WITH DX11.

Mafia2- 1600x900,24-33 FPS
