Is GTS450 a good graphic card?Will it fit my computer?

I bought a new computer, and I like everything else except for my graphic card. My CPU is Intel I7 core 2.80 Ghz, ram is 6gb but my Graphic card is GT320, lower-end of 300 series. I've been wandering if GTS450 would improve my perfomance. Would it fit the 'Graphic card slot' in my computer?|||Yes, GTS 450 is a mainstream card that is better. It has 192 shaders while GT 320 only has 72. Check GTS 450 benchmarks here;

Just take note of the power requirement of the GTS 450, 106 watts, thus it needs a 6-pin PCIe power connector from power supply. The GT 320 is just a 43W card.

Edit: Low power cards like the GT 320 draw power from the PCIe slot (75W max). Cards that need more than 75W have to draw extra power directly from power supply via the 6 (or 8) pin PCIe power connector. 6-pin PCIe power connector is shown here at lower right;

GTS 450 would fit the graphics slot provided there is no other card on the slot immediately adjacent to graphics slot.|||that definetely would boost your performance. and im pretty sure that it'd fit in ur pc, it really matters how old your desktop box is...
